Hyper tension means High blood pressure. High blood pressure is a condition in which the force of the blood against your artery walls is high enough that it may eventually cause health problems, such as heart disease. Blood pressure is the pressure the blood exerts against the blood vessel walls as the heart pumps. The pressure increases when the heart contracts and pushes blood into the vessels and lowers when the heart relaxes.
How you get it?
About 3% of kids have High blood pressure. It’s usually caused by problems with the kidney or heart. Many kids and teens that have high blood pressure have no other health problems but do have a family history of hypertension and an unhealthy lifestyle such as: a bad diet, excess weight and stress. If you don’t cure high blood pressure, it will lead damage to the heart, brain, kidneys and eyes
